The Next Generation Biology Workbench is a set of tools for gene data manipulation and analysis

 

Description

The Next Generation Biology Workbench is a free resource for research and education in Bioinformatics, Genomics, Proteomics, and Phylogenetics.

 

This is a resource that is easy to use, and can accomplish many different kinds of tasks. The toolkit is small today, but will grow quickly. We expect to release between 100 and 200 tools in December (2007), along with new databases and improved data and tool handling semantics.1
